Commission Terms & Conditions

1. Commission Process

  • All commissions require a 30-50% deposit before work begins
  • Final payment is due upon completion and approval
  • Work begins only after deposit is received and cleared
  • Progress updates will be provided throughout the process
  • Any body suit will require a tape dummy, to be provided by the buyer
  • Any minor is required to have their parent or guardian sign a consent form

2. Payment & Pricing

  • Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are non-negotiable
  • Payment Plans are available, to be discussed up front
  • Additional complexity may incur extra charges
  • Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods
  • All quotes exclude any potential shipping and handling fees
  • Shipping is to be paid by the buyer, and is not included in the quote

3. Timeline & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time: discussed upon and during commission
  • Artwork commissions: discussed upon and during commission
  • Rush orders may be available for additional fees
  • Shipping times not included in production timeline
  • Progress of your commission might be shared on social media, with your consent
  • Asking for updates is allowed, but please respect my time and privacy
  • Pick-up of completed commission is possible at conventions, to be discussed

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or purchased
  • Cancellation before materials are ordered or purchased: 100% refund
  • Cancellation during production: Partial refund based on progress, to be discussed
  • Completed work must be paid for in full, before handed over to shipping
  • Changes are possible if they are within reason according to the artist's time and materials used

5. Intellectual Property

  • Stolen or copied work is ineligible for commission, and no refund will be given.
  • Commissioned work remains property of the artist until full payment
  • Buyers receive personal use rights to commissioned pieces
  • Artist retains rights to display work in portfolio
  • Commercial use is allowed, with the artist's consent

6. Warranty

  • A default 6-month warranty is provided for all physical commissions
  • The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that are not due to the buyer's actions
  • Any warranty is void if the commission is modified or altered by the buyer
  • Damage from improper care voids any warranty
  • Murrsuiting is allowed, but voids any warranty

7. Care & Maintenance

  • Care instructions will be provided with all fursuits
  • Proper storage and cleaning is the buyer's responsibility
  • Repairs due to normal wear and tear are not covered
  • Repairs due to improper care are not covered
  • Repairs due to murrsuiting are not covered
  • Repairs due to modifications or alterations by the buyer are not covered
  • Repairs due to purposeful damage from the buyer are not covered
